    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, I want to mention something in terms of marginalisation even in this House. We are talking of marginalisation globally but we want to urge our constituency Members of Parliament to consider their women counterparts – the county Members of Parliament even in such funds where they will be able to manage them together. They will be able to implement programmes together and even at the constituency level we are talking of committees. Women are at the heart of all the problems we are talking of in terms of health, sanitation, maternal health and child mortality. We need to include women in the management of all these funds."
