    "content": "1. Mobilization and setting up of the site. 2. Site clearance. 3. Shoulder grading and benching. 4. Installation of asphalt concrete plant. The contract is now fully mobilized to undertake all the major works. (c) As I have mentioned, the works have fully commenced and my Ministry through the Kenya National Highways Authority (KeNHA) will supervise and issue instructions to the contractor. Further, this is a one year contract that is scheduled to end in January, 2012. Nevertheless, my Ministry will put necessary measures to ensure that the smooth flow of traffic through the area under rehabilitation is undertaken."
