    "content": "The so-called low potential areas are the ones that we are targeting. Some of these low potential areas like Turkana, Wajir, Marsabit, Isiolo, Garissa and many others are becoming more productive now. If you look at Turkana and Wajir, you will find that we have oil in those counties. Oil exploration and a lot of mineral prospects are going on in many parts of these marginalized areas. This will contribute to the double digit economy that we are looking for in the Jubilee Manifesto."
