    "content": "Thank you very much, hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker for giving me the opportunity to join my colleagues in supporting this very important amendment. Many of us have spoken about the Equalization Fund and we should understand what it means. It is meant to bring everybody at par. Many of us who have spoken come from these areas. Those who have gone to those areas will understand what we mean by looking for these funds.
