If His Excellency President Uhuru Kenyatta and his Deputy Samoei Ruto were to launch a major road from Garissa to Mandera next week, Kenyans would look up to them as the people who are concerned about the far eastern areas of this country. If they would do a road from Laisamis to Loiyangalani to Lodwar, Kenyans would see them as people who are concerned about the welfare of all Kenyans. After that they can give me some 20 kilometres and give him some 30 kilometres."
