    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, we must address the issue of water. As I told you, in my constituency, if a lady lives on Manga Hills she has to go and fetch water from a spring which is below it and Manga Hills is vertical. It is like climbing a mountain. If she is pregnant she has no choice but to carry the pregnancy and also the pot of water on her head. It is really terrible but it is worse where a lady must travel 50 kilometres to fetch water. So, we must address most of these issues."
