    "content": "Thank you, hon. Speaker. I want to join my colleagues in congratulating hon. Kathuri for the petition. I pressed the intervention button because I am curious about his levy. I would want to know whether it is levied by the Finance Bill because the solution would be more on deleting the provision from the Finance Act than in having a petition discussed here. So, the petitioner or somebody else who understands how this tax is being levied could explain it to us, so that we can look for a more appropriate solution to the problem. Thank you, hon. Speaker."
