In his Statement, the Chairman of the Committee on Lands should state clearly the particulars of the agreement with regard to land allocated for rehabilitation of city park, explain if it is in order for those outside the gazzetted land to be displaced in the process of rehabilitation and if so, what means of compensation will be awarded to them.
