The procedure mostly is that if the board concurs and the Ministry of Finance and Treasury concur--- That is where the money goes through. After that, the process is basically done. What happens is that if there are any questions asked by the Director of Public Procurement on the matter, we deal with them. We can then go back and discuss with them. If there is any legal matter that needs to be addressed, then we seek the Attorney-Generalâs guidance on the matter. But we think we are within the law in this matter and we are making it known that the land is being disposed to those particular companies for a particular purpose of Government interest. It is Government land, the valuation has been done and the approval has been given. So, we think that we are within the law."
