    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir. I had said that there was no allotment. The land is not yet in the hands of the investor. We are still in a process and that is why it is possible for the Questioner to ask this Question. We have not even given the land to this investor. In fact, they are waiting for a response from us. The process is long and tedious. We have just obtained the concurrences that are needed. It is, therefore, for us to put ourselves openly to the House, that we intend to do this and we have followed what we think is procedural, we have obtained all the necessary documentation and it is just a matter of time that we begin to talk to the investor whether they are still interested in this land or not."
