Temporary Deputy Speaker for giving me the chance to support the approval of the two names; that is, Dr. Ali, who I served with in the Ninth Parliament, and the lady, Madam Mumelo. I think I will not speak so much about Mumelo because I do not know her. I will give her the benefit of the doubt. We hope she will do a good job when she is approved by this Parliament. But I want to inform the House that Dr. Ali is one of the architects of PSC and, without people like him, we would not be where we are at the moment. So, he really fought for us in the Ninth Parliament when MPs never used to have offices. They used to meet their constituents in their cars or along the corridors."
