Speaker, Sir, I was reading the provisions of the Standing Order No.86 that says:- “No Member shall refer to the substance of the proceedings of a Select Committee before the Committee has made its report to the House”. I am saying this in connection with a report by the Star Newspaper today on the first page and on page 6 that says that Members want to fire Kimaiyo, the Inspector- General and Mr. Karangi over the Westgate attack. To the best of my knowledge, recollection and believe, we all know that this report is not before the House. Pursuant to the directions that you gave us, especially on a matter of this nature, I wish to state that the Star Newspaper gave very misleading information to Kenyans. It is false.
