Members, the Assistant Minister of State for Provincial Administration and Internal Security, Mr. Ojode informed the House on 4th May, 2011 that he did not have an answer to the Question raised by Mr. Yakub, as the appointing authority had not released the requested Report. In view of the earlier ruling by the Chair, I rule that there is no statutory obligation for the Minister to produce the report of the special Presidential Committee on the Specific Concerns of the Muslim Community as requested for by Mr. Yakub as the said inquiry was concluded before 30th August, 2010."
