One is a former Assistant Minister and another is a Senator. According to that interim report, it is clear that they were exonerated. But the other Kenyans mentioned in the report, one would assume that they are the ones that are now being investigated. These are not just ordinary Kenyans. Two of them are sitting Members of Parliament and one is a Senator and then other prominent Kenyans."
