    "content": " Mr. Speaker, Sir, I beg to reply. (a) I am aware about the complaint against the OCS, Bomet, by Mr. Hussein Ali Mursal. (b) The DCIO, Bomet, opened an Inquiry File No.3/2010. It was recommended that the OCS No.230833, Chief Inspector, Susan Wekesa Opuki be dealt with departmentally in Orderly Room proceedings. She was found guilty for being idle and negligent in the performance of duty and sentenced to pay a fine of Kshs8,000. (c) A warrant of arrest against the suspect, Philip Cheruiyot Mutai was applied for and issued by Bomet Court on 1st April, 2010 vide Police Case No.803/534/2010 and Court file No.265/2010. All efforts are being put to arrest the accused person and arraign him before the court."
