    "content": "Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, for giving me the opportunity to contribute to this Bill. My first reaction to this Bill was that we should have a legislation to deal with this matter, considering the fact that the heroes of this country are known, as my colleagues have said. All we needed to do was to have a framework housed in the Ministry concerned with heritage to deal with it.
