    "content": "commendations that may have been given in the past that may not have been merited. For example, I consider Maj-Gen. Nkaissery because he has served this country for more than 46 years, but he has no commendation. Somebody who becomes a Cabinet Secretary for two weeks is given a commendation of EGH while the retired Major-General, who at some point was at the frontline of war in defence of this country, does not have any commendation. There must be fairness. We must get people who will live up to it in order for them to mentor others. Once you are declared a hero, you must also play a role in creating more heroes for this country. With those few remarks, I beg to support."
