    "content": "(Hon. (Ms.) Shebesh): Hon. Members, the reason as to why I had suggested the other way is that I have seen a lot of interest in this debate. I also realise that hon. Members are using this debate as an opportunity to, of course, speak about the heroes that come from their particular regions. I did not think it was fair not to give them the opportunity to do so. However, if the House wants us to conclude this debate, that is at the discretion of hon. Members. We may allow two more interventions, the representative of the Committee and then call upon the Mover to reply. Is that the way the House would like us to proceed? Therefore, I will give opportunity to two more people. I will be looking at areas that have not contributed. I will then ask hon. Wesley to speak on behalf of the Committee, after which I will call upon the Chief Whip to reply, so that we can move to the next Bill. Therefore, I give this opportunity to hon. Anami."
