    "content": "Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I rise to support this Bill first because it is in the letter and spirit of the Constitution. If you look at the identification and declaration of our candidates, it is transparent in the sense that a criterion has been identified where the population or the public will participate in identifying the people to be awarded. There will be a call for proposals. They will be published in papers and their achievements will be laid down so that people who want to critique and bring objections are given that chance. In that sense, I really support this. The electronic version of the Official Hansard Report is for information purposesonly.
