    "content": "In considering that Report, the National Assembly will be seized of the matters that are raised in that Report. We know very many commission reports that have been left to lie in the shelves without being implemented. By allowing Parliament and the National Assembly in particular, to look at this Report, we are also ensuring that the implementation will be done; that implementation will be pursued by the National Assembly. We will, indeed, vote money and a mechanism that allows for the implementation of that Report."
