Ugandans have relaxed the rules for setting up universities. Now, the Assistant Minister has said that it takes 15 weeks to respond. In your answer, there is No.20. The name of the proposed university is Riara. It was submitted to you in December. This is almost six months. That is 24 months and the CHE has not responded. That is a clear-cut indication that your answer is misleading. Why has CHE not responded to a simple application by Riara University, which has been pending for 24 weeks? That is against your 15 weeks?"
