    "content": "Hon. Speaker, we know there are Bills which many Members have expressed themselves on here that they do not want rushed, especially the Statute Law (Miscellaneous Amendments) Bill. We have agreed that under your leadership, this Bill is best discussed when we have more time because it has a lot of issues. It is a big Bill that seeks to amend many statutes and we need to do it in a bipartisan manner. It is a Bill we can deal with at a later date when we are ready to do so and when we have time.
