    "content": "Hon. Speaker, Sir, I am saying that we know that court cases cannot stop anybody from holding an office as is the case with the President, the Deputy President and others. They are facing cases in an international court. Therefore, Mututho has to be given a chance. I do not know Mututho well. The other day, I saw people coming into my office and telling me: “Mheshimiwa, you go to Parliament and ask for extension of time for us to open our bars earlier”. Therefore, I am sure hon.
