Speaker, I am sure the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC) will raise issues, but I want us to give this guy this job, so that he deals with chang’aa,busaa, the other one of my neighbours in Ukambani, and miraa. Of course he will have to deal with them. He also will have to deal with these drugs in order to make sure that the likes of Chinedu do not come back to Kenya. We should give him this job in order for him to make sure we do not lose our young people of Kisauni in Mombasa through drugs. I think we should give Mututho this job and ask him that he continues with the zeal with which he brought the law. He must do that work."
