"content": "Hon. Speaker, thank you for giving me the opportunity to comment on this amendment. I am a member of this Committee and the mood in the House now is exactly the mood that was in the Committee yesterday. Mr. Mututho is not in court because of any crime. It is a crime of the category described as economic crime. It is the crime that made Mwiraria and other members of the Cabinet to step aside just for investigations the moment they were charged.
