    "content": "One is that if the Judiciary is going to take so many years to determine a case, you will acquit the person in the House. Second, we are undertaking that if you recommend we appoint Mututho, we are automatically amending the Economic Crimes Act. Now that the Leader of the Majority Party is listening to me and he is the one who raised this, I expect him to publish two Bills. One will provide that if any case takes a period, we shall agree on here in the House, without being decided, all the accused shall be innocent. Two, under the Economic Crimes Act anybody with a charge of a financial nature that would impact on his integrity will be presumed innocent in all respects until proved guilty."
