    "content": "THAT, pursuant to the provisions of Section 6(1) of the National Authority for Campaign against Alcohol and Drug Abuse Act (NACADA), (Cap 121B of the Laws of Kenya), this House adopts the Report of the Departmental Committee on Administration and National Security on the vetting of the Chairperson of NACADA laid on the table of the House on 19th November, 2013 subject to the deletion of the recommendation under paragraph 5.1 on page 15 of the Report and approves the appointment of Mr. John Mututho as the Chairperson of NACADA."
