    "content": "So, we are proposing an amendment to ensure that compensation for death is pegged at Kshs3 million. It is currently very low. I think it is Kshs200,000. The compensation for permanent disability is pegged at Kshs2 million and any injuries is pegged at Kshs1 million. Kindly note that these are similar figures to those that were proposed in the last Bill on third party insurance."
