    "content": "The compensation scheme will also get money from the Budget which shall be appropriated by Parliament. We did not know how much until we thought of the insurance and it has been well put. People may say that even if you pay Kshs3 million or Kshs5 million it will never bring back lives, but as a responsible Parliament and Committee, we had to do something.
