    "content": "The other thing that has been mentioned that I also want to talk about is the water towers. This Bill will, again, help us to protect water towers like the Mau and Cherengany, and I can see my neighbour from this place is here. We get water from Cherengany all the way to Lake Victoria. That water tower has been destroyed because of encroachment by human beings."
