    "content": "I would also like to say that when you look at the Cabinet Secretary for Environment, Water and Mineral Resources, she has been given powers so that we can have what is called a wildlife conservation management plan which will be used in these wildlife management areas. We did not have anything before. Everybody was doing their own things. So, I think this Bill will bring that and it will really be welcomed by the communities around the national parks.
