Let me say that on changing land tenure and land use in wildlife rangelands, I think this Bill will help communities that are around the national parks to manage their land because most of the land has now been divided and people have title deeds. So, the only way that we can manage our wildlife is to encourage these communities to also provide the land that they have for management of wildlife."
