    "content": "It involved a matatu and a train at Mutindwa area, Nairobi. Twelve innocent Kenyans lost their lives in this accident, which was caused by, among other things, professional negligence and human error, considering the design of the road. Following the accident, the Cabinet Secretary in charge of Transport and Infrastructure revoked the Transport Licensing Board, (TLB) and licence for the Umoinner SACCO vehicles. In his Statement, the Chairperson should inquire and report on one, why authority was given for the use of the road without ensuring adequate safety measures, including the construction of barriers and pedestrian flyover; two, whether action will be taken for professional negligence on the part of the designer of the road."
