    "content": "Thank you for protecting me, hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I was saying Kenya is the only nation under the sun where the economic growth is negative but banks make billions. What this Parliament is doing today is what Brazil has done that has made that country surpass Great Britain as a world economic power. What we are doing today is what India did to make it begin to compete with super powers like China. What we are doing today shall transform this country. It was canvassed in this House whether the amendments which you have just overruled--- If we were to change the Constitution so that money can go to the ground, we would do it in a minute. It is hard being a Member of Parliament.
