I want to urge the House that we need to ensure that we accommodate the 47 women from the counties to participate in the distribution of that Fund. I do not think it is enough to call them champions of that Fund. I also do not think it is enough to just tell them to bring two members appointed by them to this Committee. We need to engage them in a more serious way, so that they can have something to do back in the counties where they were elected.
