    "content": "When it comes to this Fund, we want to call upon the beneficiaries to know that it is a loan and they are supposed to pay it back. That is very critical when it comes to capacity building. It is not free money and we do not want what is happening to the women through the KWFT to happen to this Uwezo Fund, because it is a pity. In my constituency, I have been seeing people having problems. They cannot even sleep in their own houses because they are being harassed by the KWFT agents."
