    "content": "Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir. I am of the opinion that the amendment under subparagraph (e) should remain at least to have the National Youth Council in place. This is because what we are doing is, otherwise, giving all the nominations to the Cabinet Secretary. All we have been saying is that we want as little of Government as possible. So, I propose that subparagraph (e) should remain."
