    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, I have a problem, even as you attempt to put the Question. The Deputy Speaker gave us guidelines on how this debate is supposed to be executed. One of the guidelines was that no one was going to bring an amendment on the Floor of this House during debate. Therefore, it was on account of the amendment that was proposed by the Committee that some of us did not bring similar amendments. So, if you allow him to withdraw the amendments at this stage, we will not have room to introduce similar amendments on the Floor. So, I need guidance on that position. That is the only issue I have. Otherwise, in so far as what my position is concerning the NYC, I reserve my comments."
