However, it is good for us to notice that there is a tendency where when it comes to matters of the youth people dillydally from left to right. If this was an amendment that had already been proposed when the Committee discussed it, I would not see people walking towards the Chair and confusing the Chair of the Committee. Allow the Chair to ventilate and do things with the responsibility given to him. I support that the National Youth Council--- This is the only body created through an Act of Parliament. It is the only one which can speak legally on behalf of the youth. If it nominates people qualified to that Board there will be no problem. You could be talking about these other Commissions, but I do not know what an independent commission wants in this. As for the youth---"
