Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT, Regulation 5 be further amended in Paragraph 2 by deleting Subparagraph (e) and substituting therefor the following new sub-pragraph – “(e) two persons who are male youth, nominated by the National Youth Council and appointed by the Cabinet Secretary.” I also beg to move that Sub-paragraph (f) be deleted and replaced with the following new subparagraph – “(f) two persons who are female, one of whom shall be a youth nominated by the National Gender and Equal Opportunity Commission and appointed by the Cabinet Secretary.”"
