My feeling is that instead of completely deleting the issue of overseeing the management and administration of the Fund, including recoveries of loans and beneficiaries, I would want the amendment to state that there will be a necessity for an inclusion of an agency or any other institution that may oversee the management and administration of the Fund, including recoveries of loans from beneficiaries."
