Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I would like to urge the Members to reject the proposed deletion of those two provisions, namely, (i) and (j), because if we are talking of a revolving Fund and we are giving money that will be repaid without interest, it is important, for clarity and avoidance of doubt, that those two provisions remain to facilitate loan recovery from beneficiaries; indeed, we even need further mechanisms to be put in place. I am very sure that after this, we shall require to, possibly, come up with other new provisions."
