    "content": "I want to support hon. Shebesh by bringing clarity, avoiding confusion and conflicts between the county Member of Parliament and constituency Member of Parliament. If you look at the definition by hon. Shebesh, you will find that as the County Women Representative, we will know our role is capacity building.
