    "content": "Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir. I want to plead with hon. Members to be a bit calm when we are debating this. This is because what seems to be infuriating hon. Members is the intervention by hon. Gladys Wanga. I want to inform her that the suggestion made by hon. Shebesh actually creates a clear distinction. I think it would be better to be a patron of people whose appointment you have participated in. I do not think it negates that because it gives you a better position as a patron. If you want to do otherwise, and you have to convince us, as single constituency Members of Parliament, we will easily accept your proposal because then you will leave it to us."
