    "content": "Fund will grow if it has a champion in the name of the County Women Representative because as champions, we will do what we know best. We are very good at publicising and raising awareness. We will do this very well through capacity building, which is clear in the amendment. Another issue is that we are very good at table banking. That has basically been our role even with women groups at home. So, we are going to take Uwezo Fund to a higher level and uplift the livelihoods of women and youth in the counties. This amendment has brought a lot of clarity to the role of County Women Representatives in this Fund. There is not going to be any more tension between us and constituency Members of Parliament. With those remarks, I beg to support the amendment."
