It is very important that we lock in the gains for the women County Members of Parliament in these regulations but it is also very risky when we do not seem to be agreeing on how to go about it. So, I would prefer that we are allowed to consult briefly, agree on a clear way forward and have a common position because I am afraid that at this rate we will end up losing all the gains."
