    "content": "With regard to (iv) it is about deleting the words “following consultation between the County Women Representative of the National Assembly and” in subparagraph (e) and substituting therefor the word “by”. I had said earlier that this is a situation where we are likely to have a serious conflict and misunderstanding especially if there is no consensus between the constituency Member of Parliament and the county Member of Parliament. We just want to say that, that will be done by the Member of Parliament."
