"content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, this amendment is bringing a lot of ambiguities. Suppose you have several registered organizations, which one will nominate, or which one will consult with who? Supposing you have none, what will happen? My proposal is that we drop that amendment. There is also another issue. The first persons you nominate from wards, there is no place it is stated that you cannot nominate a person with disability. There is also no need of having a big committee. For efficiency purposes, you can maintain a leaner committee and the people you appoint from wards, you could consider people with disabilities to represent the wards at that level."
