Under Clause 15 as was moved by the Chairman, we have already amended and said, at least, five representatives from the wards. My confusion is: On these extra slots added for people with disability, I have another amendment for an addition of a female. Does that mean that these are extra to the five or people with disability and a female will be balanced through the five? Will those be extra to the five slots?
