Is it possible at the beginning to state that the membership is going to be a certain number and from there, we know that five will be from the wards and one person with disability? The confusion is arising because we do not know the number of membership. In the CDF, at the beginning, it states that there will be “X” number of CDF Committee members. From there, it states the number for the ward, people with disability and gender."
